The League of Quirky Blokes

Might as well do my list... I'm sure there are others I'll think of as soon as I've posted.

In no particular order...

Detective Robert Goren aka Vincent D'Onofrio - Clever Bobby, what can I say? Strange, looming, manic, blindingly intelligent... also adorable as Giant Cockroach Man in Men in Black!

Spike aka William the Bloody aka James Marsters - an immortal favourite in so many ways... the eyes, the cheekbones, the hair [in character], the body... mmmm....

Gil Grissom aka William Petersen - inscrutable loner, another brainbox, superlative beard skills...

Greg Sanders aka Eric Szmanda [sp] - a classic lovable geek, puppy dog eyes a speciality.

Ray Mears - my first choice if I were ever stranded in a wilderness... the uber boyscout, this guy could feed you, clothe you, protect you... and even dig you a latrine!

Paul McGann aka Doctor Who #8 - reinstated due to The Stranger reprint... still the Doc for me, great in a wig, the voice, the voice! Makes grubby Y-fronts glamorous in Withnail...

Johnny Depp - a mainstream favourite, but so pretty. Best as Capt. Jack Sparrow

John Cusack - another mainstream fave, but interesting. Supreme in Grosse Pointe Blank.

Derren Brown - basically, he's a alien, but a cuddly one...

Ed Harris - follically challenged, but always good value. Best in The Abyss.

Dr Nick Middleton - intrepid geographer, writer and game for anything traveller to extreme environments. Not afraid to reveal his feelings in front of the camera... or get his kit off if the programme demands it!

That's the list as of this moment, and I'm sure there are others. Naturally I reserve the right to totally go off any of the above at a second's notice!
